Reconnecting Starts With Repair

Sexual avoidance. Pain during sex. Performance anxiety. Overuse of porn. Emotional disconnection. You’re not alone. This experience helps you unlearn shame, talk honestly, and rebuild closeness — without pressure.

What to Expect

This isn’t about fixing your sex life in a day. It’s about understanding what changed, why it changed, and how to reconnect without pressure, blame, or fear. Most couples who go through this process — especially those without major unresolved relationship trauma — begin to experience emotional and physical intimacy again by the end of the 12 weeks. It also works beautifully alongside therapy, one-on-one sessions, or after completing Why We Fight So Damn Much.

Week-by-Week Repair

12 weeks of gentle but focused emotional and physical reconnection work.

Real Talk, No Shame

We name the hard stuff — avoidance, performance anxiety, past hurt — and work through it together.

Therapy-Friendly

Use alongside your couples therapy or 1:1 support — or as a powerful first step before committing long-term.

Safe Reconnection

Our approach centers safety, mutual consent, and emotional readiness before sexual touch returns.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if we haven’t had sex in months (or years)?

That’s exactly why this exists. We help you break the silence, understand what changed, and take pressure off the table while working toward reconnection.

Do we need to be in therapy to take this?

No. This course works beautifully as a standalone process, or as a supplement to couples therapy. Many use it as a “bridge” to decide if long-term therapy is needed.

Is this appropriate for trauma or infidelity?

This program is not designed to resolve infidelity or complex trauma. If those are active concerns, we recommend beginning with Why We Fight So Damn Much or enrolling in private sessions.

What if we disagree on whether this is a problem?

It's common for one partner to be more impacted than the other. The course provides shared language and exercises to open honest conversation, without blame or pressure.

How is this different from the Infidelity or Sexual Repair programs?

This series specifically addresses sexual disconnection without betrayal. If infidelity or deep emotional wounding is involved, our other programs may be more appropriate.

Important Disclaimer

This program is not a substitute for medical care. If you're experiencing symptoms like pain during sex, erectile difficulties, hormonal concerns, or prolonged dysfunction, we strongly recommend getting a full physical from a licensed gynecologist or urologist. This course can support your healing — but it is not medical advice or treatment.
