Why We Fight So Damn Much

This is a relationship repair experience for couples

Repair experience for couples who feel emotionally exhausted… Walking on eggshells, drained, and thinking, “SHEESH… What the heck is going on ? Sharion designed this exclusively for couples ready to dig in and make meaningful changes.

You’re not sure how to communicate without things turning into an argument. You’re tired of having the same conversations over and over, only for nothing to change. Most talks end with someone getting mad, shutting down, or feeling offended.

This is for partners who leave arguments feeling hurt or confused, questioning the relationship — or for couples who simply want to get along more often without everything feeling so heavy.

TOPICS THAT ARE COVERED

If this sounds familiar…

    • You avoid certain topics just to keep the peace.

    • You brace yourself before bringing things up because you already know how it usually goes.

    • One of you keeps trying to explain or fix things, while the other shuts down or gets defensive.

    • Conversations start with good intentions and end with hurt feelings, distance, or silence.

    • It feels like you’re speaking two different languages — what you mean isn’t what your partner hears.

Over time, that kind of communication is exhausting.

Note

Which One Is Right for You?Choose Skool if you want ongoing support, variety, and help maintaining your relationship over timeChoose a Workshop if you want concentrated work on a specific issue and clear forward movementSome couples choose one. Some choose both.

Skool — Ongoing Relationship Support

Skool is an ongoing space for couples who want support, guidance, and real conversations over time. It includes weekly 90-minute live sessions with teaching, discussion, and open Q&A, along with a 30-minute Friday check-in to talk through wins, challenges, and mindset before heading into the weekend. Topics reflect real life — parenting, money, communication, stress, emotional disconnect, and more. Skool is designed for both repair and maintenance, helping couples navigate the ups and downs as they happen, not just during crisis moments.

Workshops — Focused Relationship Intensives

Workshops are focused, time-limited experiences designed to help couples get traction fast. These are 6-week guided programs that stay centered on one specific issue the entire time, allowing couples to go deeper without distraction. Each workshop focuses on a single area, such as communication patterns, sexual intimacy repair, or infidelity repair. Workshops are best for couples who want intensive focus and faster results in one clearly defined part of their relationship.

One-on-One Couples Sessions

One-on-one couples sessions are designed for partners who want private, personalized support focused on what’s happening in their relationship — not a group setting. These 1-hour sessions offer direct guidance tailored to both partners, creating space to slow conversations down, clarify what’s going wrong, and work through challenges together. This option is ideal for couples navigating sensitive or complex issues, those who prefer privacy and flexibility, or couples who want support fully centered on their specific relationship. One-on-one sessions can stand alone or be used alongside Skool or workshops for additional support.

Community Access & Integrity

Each Skool community under Eye Am Nine is designed for a specific type of relationship repair — whether that’s infidelity, intimacy, or communication and conflict.

These are exclusive spaces created for people actively working through that particular issue. When you sign up, you’re joining a group of people who truly get it — because they’re going through it too.

Sharion takes these boundaries seriously. This is not about exclusion — it’s about protection. These spaces are intentionally designed to be empathetic, nonjudgmental, and grounded in shared experience.

Joining a group that doesn’t align with your current struggle undermines the trust and safety of that space. Anyone found violating this policy will be removed and will not be allowed to access any further services.

These communities are built for real healing and repair — not just conversation, but actual change. To protect that, we honor the weight of what people are carrying and commit to keeping each space focused, honest, and safe.

I’m Sharion N.A. Phelps, LMFT & relationship Expert. After thousands of hours working with couples, I know how painful it feels to keep having the same fight. I also know change is possible. With practical tools and honest guidance, I help couples learn to repair, rebuild, and reconnect.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this really stop our fighting?

It won’t erase conflict—but it changes what happens next. You’ll learn how to pause, de-escalate, and repair so fights get shorter, less intense, and less frequent.

We’re already in therapy—how does this help?

Think of this as the practice plan between sessions. Therapy explores “why.” This gives you step-by-step tools to use in real time so the work actually sticks at home.

What if my partner isn’t ready?

Start solo. When one person shifts the pattern—pausing, repairing, setting clear boundaries—the dynamic changes. Many partners join once the atmosphere feels safer.

Is this therapy?

No. It’s an educational, skills-based program designed by a licensed therapist. You can use it alongside therapy or as a structured starting point.

How fast will we see change?

Most couples notice calmer, shorter arguments within the first couple of weeks as they start using the tools consistently.
