Why are these workshops weekly and different lengths? What if I can’t attend every session?
All workshops are designed for real improvement over time—not a quick intensive. Weekly pacing gives you space to process, practice tools, and get support exactly where you’re stuck.
Different programs have different lengths so we can match the level of support to the work required and ensure a high-quality experience.
If you miss a session, you’re still supported. We begin each week with a brief recap so you can re-enter without feeling behind. We don’t offer individual makeup sessions, but the weekly rhythm and guidance keep you moving forward.
You’re welcome to re-enroll in future cohorts as many times as you’d like for continued growth.
What if something comes up after I register?
Life happens—we get it. You may
transfer to a future start date (workshops roll out monthly) or apply your payment as
credit toward private sessions.
Typical credit values:
- Why We Fight So Damn Much → credit = 1 private 90-minute session
- Sex Stopped. Resentment Started. It Got Complicated → credit = 2 private sessions
- They Cheated. You Stayed. Now What? → credit = 2 private sessions
Credits must be used within
90 days of your original workshop start date.
What if I attend and it’s not what I expected?
Many couples find their footing after a few sessions. If, after attending three sessions, you still feel the program isn’t a fit, your remaining balance can be applied toward private sessions (see typical values above).
Do you offer refunds?
You have a 14-day window from the date of purchase to request a full refund before the workshop begins.
After the 14-day period or once your program starts, refunds aren’t available—but you can still transfer your spot or convert your balance into private sessions.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans on all workshops so you can secure your seat now and spread payments over time.
