These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of and participation in all programs, workshops, ebooks, and digital materials offered by Sharion N.A. Phelps / Eye Am Nine – Nurturing Intimacy, Navigating Emotions, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, enrolling, or engaging with our materials, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational Purpose Only

All Eye Am Nine products, workshops, and ebooks are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
Participation does not create a therapist–client relationship. None of the information, tools, or exercises provided should be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are currently under the care of a licensed healthcare provider or therapist, please consult them before making changes based on this material.

2. Mental Health & Crisis Situations

If during any live workshop or communication it becomes apparent that a participant is in crisis, expressing suicidal thoughts, or presenting intent to harm themselves or others, we will take immediate action to ensure safety.
This may include contacting local emergency services or authorities to initiate a wellness check.

In such circumstances, services may be discontinued without refund. Your safety—and the safety of others—will always take priority.

3. Refund Policy

Workshops – Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the workshop has not yet started.
Once the first live session begins, no refunds will be issued due to the small-group structure and limited enrollment.

Ebooks & Digital Workbooks – All digital products are non-refundable, as immediate access is granted at purchase.

If an emergency or special circumstance arises, please contact us at info@eyeamtherapy.com. We may, at our discretion, offer a credit or transfer option.

4. Payment Plans

We offer flexible payment options through Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna.
By choosing one of these options, you agree to their respective payment terms and conditions. Eye Am Nine does not control or manage payment approvals or schedules set by these third-party providers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, graphics, and text within Eye Am Nine programs and ebooks are the intellectual property of Sharion N.A. Phelps / Eye Am Nine LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any materials without express written consent.
Personal use is permitted; commercial use or redistribution is not.

6. Confidentiality in Workshops

To maintain a safe and supportive group environment, all participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.
Recording, screenshots, or sharing details from workshops are strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eye Am Nine and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that may result from participation in workshops, use of ebooks, or reliance on the information provided.
By engaging with our materials, you acknowledge full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in any Eye Am Nine program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively within the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
