These workshops are designed to help couples gain practical skills and insights, guided by assessments like Prepare/Enrich. Workshops are educational and practical, but they do not replace therapy or address mental health issues.

For workshops with five or more couples, questions will be addressed via chat and during a designated Q&A session. Smaller workshops allow interactive engagement with the facilitator throughout.
